Every potential resident receives an assessment of his or her needs.
Information is provided to relatives and potential residents outlining the service we offer and the terms of the contract between Hoylake Cottage and the resident.
Every potential resident or family member is encouraged to call in at any time prior to making their choice of home.
Residents are also welcome to a trial visit prior to making their choice.
Every resident and family member has access to the Care Manager and the Chief Executive.
